I am trying to get my rental bond refund. I am thinking to apply to the Tribunal and hopefully be first in and best dressed. The real estate agent has not given me any evidence to prove their claim. I also need the money to be able to lodge my application with the Tribunal. I am anticipating funds coming in even now they are due. I pray if I go forward and make this application that when I lodge it the funds will be in the account to cover it. If not, then I guess I am simply meant to respond to the claims of the real estate agent.
