'I Am the Messiah' - John 4:26

Then Jesus told [the Samaritan woman at Jacob's well], "I am the Messiah!"

Key Thought


Jesus is the Messiah! Jesus is the Christ of God! Jesus is the long-awaited Savior of the world (John 3:16-17). He was promised to Israel, and in this woman's case, to the Samaritans who also awaited the Messiah like unto Moses. Jesus came in fulfillment of all that God promised Abraham and David. He came as the fulfillment of all the prophecies. He is God's answer. He is our Lord. Let's not only listen to him; let's also live each day for him.

Today's Prayer


Holy God, I believe that Jesus is the Christ. I ask that he be present in my heart in a more vibrant way as I offer myself again to be his disciple and live for him. Forgive me for those times in the past when my loyalty has been tainted by my weakness and sin. Strengthen me so that I may follow Jesus with undiluted devotion. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen.

Let Us Both Pray For The Blessings of God: God I ask You in Jesus name bless me with the desires of my heart that is the will of God for my life and the will of God for those I pray for. Bless me to prosper in every area of my life, walk in excellent health, and cause my soul to prosper in the Word of God. Bless me with the desire, wisdom, knowledge, understanding, and strength to live my life to please You. Bless my relationship with You. God whatever I go through let it draw me closer to You. Bless me to keep my focus on You, dream the dreams of God, see those dreams come to reality, and fulfill the purpose You created me for. Give Your angels charge over me to protect, deliver, and keep me safe from all evil, hurt, harm, danger, the demonic, the plans of my enemies, and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God pursue my enemies and overtake them. Avenge me Lord Jesus. Reach down from heaven and rescue me. God all that I have asked You in this prayer, do the same for the writer of this prayer, those I love, and pray for. God forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. Thank You Jesus. Thank You For Loving Me. Amen.
