I am suffering from too much angry

I am suffering from too much angry towards all..I don't know myself when I am anger.I used to beat my child for even single mistakes..I used to hate everybody at that moment...I know this is not good.but I can't control myself

God has given to us all a free will , WE make our own choices good or bad , so YES you can control yourself . God has given you children as a gift , they are to be loved and protected and you being their parent should want the very best for them . Call out to Jesus and ask Him to help you control your anger .
