I am so exhausted and desperate I don't know what to say. I didn't sleep very well last night, my allergies are horrific and in less than ### hours someone is coming over for my intensive in-home therapy for my depression. I don't have energy to do anything. Please pray I feel better soon and can get through this day and the rest of the week. Please pray for healing of my many health problems. Thank you

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations.
