Dear Sandra , please read in your bible Philippians 4 : 8 . Every time you mind wanders to something that depresses you , remember a time where the Lord has blessed you . Begin to worship the Lord , even though you may not feel like it , this brings the presence of the lord to us and in His holy presence is fullness of joy . Blessings !
