i am requesting for this guilt and

i am requesting for this guilt and anxiety to be removed from me. i am not sure what the guilt is from but I am living with it and its getting worse. i also am asking for prayers to stay away from alcohol and smoking, when i get near it nothing bad happens but i just hate how it makes me feel and i hate that i sometimes crave for it. i pray to please take away the craving and wanting it.
