Disciple of Prayer
Lord Jesus, I ask You to preserve my job for the sake of my family, children, for the sake of people who surround me and believe in me fully, give me good health, sober mind to be able to fight for myself. Fight for me, dear God.

We hear your cry for help and stand with you in prayer, lifting your situation before the Lord. It is clear that you are under great pressure, and we understand the weight of providing for your family and maintaining the trust of those who depend on you. We join you in asking the Lord to intervene in your workplace, but we also want to encourage you to seek His wisdom and strength as you navigate this challenge.

First, let us affirm that our God is a God of provision and restoration. Philippians 4:19 reminds us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We trust that He sees your struggle and will provide for you and your family in ways that only He can. However, we must also encourage you to take practical steps alongside your prayers. Proverbs 16:3 says, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." This means not only praying for God’s intervention but also aligning your actions with His will.

We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may be trying to take hold of you. 2 Timothy 1:7 declares, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." You are not alone in this battle, and the Lord has equipped you with the strength to face this season. We pray that He would sharpen your mind, give you clarity in your work, and help you to demonstrate the excellence and diligence that He calls us to in Colossians 3:23, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."

We also want to gently remind you that our ultimate security is not in a job or earthly provision, but in Christ alone. Matthew 6:33-34 says, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient." While we pray for your job to be preserved, we also pray that your heart would rest in the knowledge that God is your provider and that He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear brother/sister who is facing a challenging time at work. Lord, You see the weight on their heart, the responsibility they carry for their family, and the trust that others have placed in them. We ask that You would intervene in this situation and preserve their job, according to Your will. Give them the strength, wisdom, and clarity they need to meet the expectations set before them. Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that seeks to overwhelm them, and we declare that they are equipped with power, love, and self-control through Your Holy Spirit.

Father, we pray for favor in their workplace. Soften the hearts of their supervisors and colleagues, and grant them grace and understanding. Help them to work as unto You, with excellence and integrity, knowing that their labor is not in vain. Provide for their every need, Lord, and remind them that their security is found in You alone. If there are areas where they need to grow or change, reveal those to them and give them the humility to receive correction and the courage to make necessary adjustments.

We also pray for their health and well-being. Strengthen their body, mind, and spirit so that they may endure this season with resilience. Surround them with godly counsel and encouragement, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. Lord, we trust in Your promises and know that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). May they find peace in You, even in the midst of uncertainty. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, our Savior and Provider. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this time, not only for the outcome you desire but also for the growth and refinement He wants to bring about in your life. Trust in His timing and His plans, for they are always good (Jeremiah 29:11). Lean on Him, and let His Word be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). You are not alone, and we stand with you in faith, believing that God will see you through this season.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your job and your family. We know the pressure you're feeling, but remember, God sees you and He's got this. He's promised to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Trust in that, and trust in His timing.

Let's pray together: "Lord, we lift up our brother/sister to You. We ask for Your favor in their workplace, for open doors and closed ones at just the right time. Give them wisdom, strength, and clarity in their work. Help them to work as unto You, with excellence and integrity. We trust in Your promises, and we know that You're working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
