I Am Losing My Relationship

My partner and I are having a rough time right now and he wants to end our relationship. I need prayers to show him that I love him and I want to spend my life with him. I need prayers so God help me to do what's right. I need him in my life and I feel as if I pushed him away. Please help heal us.
