I am incharge principal of a school. Now form filling

I am in charge principal of a school. Now form filling of matric is going on in our school in ###. Due to policy of education department we have to stop some candidates from form filling because their attendance was not ###% and they are not passed in test exams at least with ###% marks. I am in great worry that no students should commit suicide or any other wrong way. I am in very much pressure so please help me in this situation.
