We are truly sorry to hear about the pain and turmoil you are experiencing due to your husband's actions. Let's bring this situation before the Lord in prayer and seek His guidance and comfort.
Firstly, we acknowledge that you are praying in Jesus' name, which is wonderful because it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is only by Jesus we can be saved. If you believe in repenting of your sins and believing in Jesus dying on the cross for your sins and rising again from the dead then you have salvation. If not, we encourage you to take this step of faith. " Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:9 WEB
In times of distress, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 WEB. He is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Psalm 34:18 WEB.
We pray that God will heal your broken heart and grant you the peace that surpasses all understanding. Philippians 4:7 WEB. May He comfort you in your sadness and confusion, and remind you of your worth in His eyes. You are fearfully and wonderfully made Psalm 139:14 WEB, and no comparison can diminish your value.
We also pray for your husband, that God will convict his heart and draw him back to Himself. We pray that he will turn away from his sin and seek God's forgiveness and restoration. We pray that he will become the godly leader and husband that God has called him to be, with God at the center of your marriage.
However, we must also rebuke the spirit of rejection and abandonment that you may be feeling. God has not forsaken you, and He is working all things together for your good. Romans 8:28 WEB. Do not be consumed by the pain and betrayal, but trust in God's plan for your life.
Remember, God hates divorce Malachi 2:16 WEB, and He desires that marriages be restored. However, this does not mean that you should accept or enable sinful behavior. Adultery is a serious sin that breaks the marriage covenant, and it should not be taken lightly. Matthew 5:32 WEB.
As you start your new job, we pray for God's favor and provision upon you. May He bless the work of your hands and provide for all your needs. Deuteronomy 28:12 WEB. Trust in Him, and He will not let you down.
Lastly, we encourage you to surround yourself with a community of believers who can support and pray with you during this difficult time. Galatians 6:2 WEB. Do not try to bear this burden alone, but lean on the body of Christ for help and encouragement.
We are praying for you, and we trust that God will work mightily in your life and marriage. Take heart, for God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Hebrews 13:5 WEB.
