I am in love with a person and he told his parents about me around 2 months back. We are in India and as expected his parents shot back and said they will never accept it and are forcing him to consider other girls. We are both Christians but I'm 2 years older. In just three days my guy was

already having doubts. He is pushing me away and seems so undecided. I am deeply hurt because he is a wonderful person but am I worth only so much that he gives up so easily? He is caught between his love for his parents and me. I keep telling him to put it all in God's hands and it will work out. But he doesn't even give me a patient hearing. I am sure God will make this work but I haven't told anybody in my family either and I just desperately want someone to pray for us. I love him so much and I cannot bear the thought of losing him and I've just gone through so much heartbreak already that I won't be able to take this.

Please pray that God gives him the confidence and strength to face everything and that I don't lose him and that God calms my troubled heart. Please pray that he doesn't leave me and that our love is restored and as strong as ever. Please pray that his parents and mine accept our relationship. Please pray for clarity and peace of mind for both of us.

He has suddenly been getting back in touch with me in the last 10 days (after more than 3 months of silence) and we are taking baby steps in keeping in touch through texts or emails.  But I'm still very unsure because I don't know how to handle him.  He still isn't committing to anything.  And he's got this sudden jealousy over another friend of mine for which he sends hurtful texts sometimes.  I'm really thankful to God for opening him up to atleast get back in touch with me.  I pray that God gives me the patience and wisdom to handle him properly without getting frustrated over his immature comments and that our relationship gets stronger and stable.  He will soon be taking up another job and I don't think I'll be seeing him soon and that makes me worried.  But I pray God handles both our lives and keeps us loving and committed to each other whatever the distance may be.

It was one month of normalcy and now its back to silence.  It feels so unreasonable and so unfair but I'm praying to God each day to work his miracles.  I believe God is working in ways unimaginable to set all this right.  It is only God's presence that is keeping me going each day.  Thank you dear God for giving me strength to go through this with a smile.  I believe you are working non-stop to bring us together.  And I thank you for that God.  Be with both of us coz I know he's going through a tough time too.  Bless him and give him strength of mind and peace.  Thank you God.  Through Jesus Christ my Lord.  Amen.
