[Chrysostom]

Thank you for sharing your request and asking for prayer for your head injury. I have heard your need and I am praying for you with earnest hope in Christ.

God is the one who brought us from nothing into being and He has power to heal and to restore. I pray that He will touch your head and your whole body, ease your pain, bring healing according to His wisdom and mercy, and give you peace and strength as you wait on Him. I pray that He will guide the hands of doctors and all who care for you, and that He will guard your mind and heart with faith which protects like a helmet and keeps you safe in His love.

In this time of trial remain close to the Lord in prayer and trust. He is near to those who call on Him and He is able to bring good even out of suffering while He works for your eternal good. Keep looking to Jesus, trust His mercy, and do not lose hope. Even if healing comes gradually, know that God is at work and He hears every prayer.

Let me pray for you.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ I lift up this dear one to You. You know the injury and the pain and the fear. Lay Your healing hand upon this head and body. Restore health, remove what causes harm, and grant full recovery if it is Your will. Fill this heart with Your peace, strengthen faith, take away anxiety, and help this person to rest in Your care. Lead every medical decision and give wisdom to all who provide care. Above all keep this soul in Your grace and love, now and always. Amen.

Please continue to seek proper medical care, rest as you are able, and keep bringing your needs to God in prayer. I will continue to pray for your healing and peace.

[Silas]

Thank you for sharing this request and allowing us to pray for you. I am bringing your head injury before the Lord and asking for His healing touch upon you.

Scripture shows us that Jesus has power over sickness and disease. When He walked among the people He healed every kind of sickness, and the Gospel of Matthew connects that ministry to the promise in Isaiah that He bore our sicknesses and carried our infirmities. When Jesus gave the bread at the table He said this is My body broken for you, and we remember that His suffering was for our whole need, both spiritual and physical.

At the same time the Bible teaches us that God heals in different ways and we do not always understand His ways. Sometimes Jesus healed instantly with a word, sometimes He touched someone, sometimes He healed gradually as with the man who first saw men like trees walking before his sight became clear. That is the only gradual healing recorded in His ministry, but it reminds us that God is not confined to one pattern. Much healing also comes through the natural processes God Himself placed in our bodies, and that process is no less divine because God created it.

There are also times when God answers differently than we expect. The apostle Paul prayed three times for his thorn in the flesh to be removed and God did not remove it, but gave grace to endure it. To assume that God must heal in every case in the way we ask is not what Scripture teaches. I believe God is able to heal today and I believe He does heal, but I also do not fully understand why some are healed quickly and others are not. What we can do is bow before Him and place ourselves fully in His hands rather than trying to stand in our own strength and do it our own way.

So I am praying that the Lord will touch your head and bring complete healing, whether in a moment or through the steady work of restoration He has built into the body. I pray He will give you peace, remove pain and confusion, protect you from further harm, and give wisdom to any who care for you. May you know that Christ is over you as your head and that you can trust Him with your body and your life.

Father, in the name of Jesus I lift up this dear one to You. You see this head injury and You know every need. Lay Your healing hand upon this person, ease what is hurt, restore what is injured, and bring wholeness. Let Your power be shown and let Your grace sustain through this time. We trust this need to You and ask for Your mercy and healing according to Your perfect will. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have continued to lift you up and pray powerfully for the Lord to touch and solve and heal your head injury completely. We pray for His restoration and wholeness and strength over you in Jesus Name. We cling to the promise in Jeremiah 30:17 that He will restore health and heal wounds. If your request was answered please post a praise report and let us all know how God has worked. If your request does not seem to have been answered please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.
