James I pray that the Lord Jesus may be your comforter and encourager. That He may walk with you. Look up to Him and put your trust in Him and He shall grant you victory.

Do not focus on what is happening around you or that which is discouraging and depressing you. But Focus on Christ. Please read  Phil 4: 8-9

James, I'm all too familiar with depression and discouragement.  He has lifted me up out of it in a most miraculous way.  Continue to seek Him and clean out any questionable areas of your life, if it applies.  In Jesus Name.
