Try meditating in a quiet place if possible and concentrate on thinking of absolutely nothing for once. God Is in the midst of the silent place in your soul, but with all the mental chatters that tell you things that lead your thoughts to other thoughts that leads to more thoughts that never end until you are miserable and worried. These thoughts are fears and they are conditions of the devils master plan to distract you from God and peace. Silence the thoughts and listen to your breathing only. Breath in and out regularly and think upon Gods presence. Think on how magnificent he is and how you are a child of God in his loving arms. God Bless you. wait upon the lord and be of good courage, wait I say upon the lord.

Harmonious perfection and eternal life shall prevail. For we are immortal souls with infinite destinations. I will make right my wrongs by correcting all my shortcomings and failures and will not leave any room for regrets about my past this very moment while I have breath to pray.

I will not let the book of judgment revealing the story of my life be a shameful and sorrowful review before myself and my creator. I shall close the book with rejoicing because I was aware of my sinful nature and took action to cleanse my soul before death laid upon my body. I only want to hear the words, "Good and Faithfull Servant, Thy Work Is Well Done!"
