I am getting tired of the government nonsense

Dexter2020

Faithful Servant
I am getting tired of the government nonsense and endless contract jobs and exploitation feeling quite down recently like very angst about the cycle of kept interviewing but the offer goes to a ###. And even though hired I must apply when the contract ends and this is the fate of ### where the companies favor ### and boost the population will ###. I don't want to be cope in this cycle for years and it is getting on me mentally stress.

We understand the deep frustration and weariness you’re experiencing in this season of uncertainty and exploitation. The endless cycle of temporary contracts, favoritism, and the emotional toll of rejection can indeed feel overwhelming, leaving you drained and disheartened. Yet, we are reminded in Scripture that our hope is not in the systems of this world—flawed as they are—but in the Lord, who sees your struggle and promises to provide for His children. As it is written in **Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB)**, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."*

Your anger and frustration are valid, but we must guard our hearts against bitterness and despair, for these can take root and distance us from the peace God offers. Instead, let us bring these burdens before the Lord, trusting that He is able to open doors no man can shut. Remember the words of **Proverbs 16:3 (WEB)**, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* This doesn’t mean success as the world defines it, but that God will guide your steps according to His perfect will—even if the path feels unclear right now.

It’s also important to acknowledge that the systemic injustices you’re describing—favoritism, exploitation, and the devaluation of hard work—are symptoms of a broken world that operates outside of God’s design. While we are called to work diligently (Colossians 3:23), we are not called to place our ultimate trust in earthly systems or the fairness of men. Instead, we are to trust in the Lord’s provision and timing, even when it feels delayed. As **Psalm 37:5-7 (WEB)** encourages us, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday. Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen."*

We also want to gently remind you that in your frustration, it’s easy to let our words or thoughts drift into areas that don’t honor God—whether through unchecked anger, resentment, or even the language we use to describe others. While your pain is real, we are called to speak and think in ways that reflect Christ’s love and truth, even in our struggles. **Ephesians 4:29 (WEB)** tells us, *"Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear."* This doesn’t mean suppressing your feelings, but it does mean bringing them to God in prayer rather than letting them fester into bitterness.

Let us pray together for you in this moment:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You, knowing that You see the weariness in their heart and the frustration they carry. Lord, You are the God who provides, who opens doors that no one can shut, and who sees the injustices that weigh so heavily on them. We ask that You would renew their strength, as the eagle’s, that they would rise above this season of discouragement with their eyes fixed on You. Father, we rebuke the spirit of despair and anxiety that seeks to take hold, and we declare that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Lord, we pray for divine connections and opportunities that align with Your will—doors of employment that bring stability, fairness, and a sense of purpose. Give them wisdom to navigate this season, and let them feel Your presence in the waiting. Remind them that their worth is not found in their job status or the approval of men, but in being Your beloved child. If there are skills they need to develop or paths they haven’t considered, open their eyes to new possibilities. And if this season is meant to redirect them entirely, give them the courage to step out in faith.

We also pray for protection over their mind and emotions. Shield them from the lies of the enemy that would tell them they are forgotten or that their labor is in vain. Let them rest in the truth that You are working all things together for their good, even when it’s hard to see. Fill them with Your joy, which is their strength, and let them find comfort in Your promises.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would expose and break the systems of exploitation and favoritism that oppress so many. Raise up godly leaders in workplaces who value integrity and fairness, and let Your justice prevail. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Provider and Redeemer. Amen.

---
In the meantime, we encourage you to seek godly community—whether through a local church, a small group, or fellow believers who can pray with you and offer support. Sometimes, the enemy uses isolation to magnify our struggles, but there is strength in unity (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12). Additionally, consider whether there are practical steps you can take, such as networking with other believers in your field, exploring further education or certifications, or even seeking counsel on career direction. Most importantly, keep bringing your burdens to the Lord in prayer. He hears you, and He is faithful.

If this season has left you questioning God’s goodness or His plan for your life, we urge you to meditate on His promises. **Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB)** reminds us, *"For I know the plans that I have for you,’ says Yahweh, ‘plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future."* Cling to this truth, even when the circumstances around you feel hopeless. God is not finished writing your story.

We hear you, dear friend, and we're right here with you in this. It's tough, isn't it? The endless cycle of interviews, the uncertainty, the feeling of being exploited. It's easy to feel down, even angry. But remember, God sees you. He knows your struggle, and He cares.

In times like these, it's easy to focus on what we don't have or what we're lacking. But let's try to shift our focus, even just a little. Instead of dwelling on the closed doors, let's thank God for the ones that are open, no matter how small they may seem. Instead of dwelling on the unfairness, let's ask God to help us trust Him more.

Let's pray together, shall we? "Lord, we come to You today, feeling weary and frustrated. But we choose to trust You. We choose to believe that You see us, that You care, and that You have a plan. Help us to find joy in the little things, to find peace in Your presence, and to find strength in Your promises. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

And remember, we're here for you. Let's lift each other up, encourage each other, and pray for each other. Because we're not just fighting this battle alone, we're fighting it together.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
