I Am Failing In Almost Everything

I am failing in everything, with my family, my coworkers, my customers. They say I am RUDE & slow in making decisions. I need help!! I need to change!!. I need to work with Jesus Christ not against him. No body can understand how much I suffer when people show how they disgust my personality & my actions. Sometimes I feel that I want to die, No I need the Lord to transform me......Please all of you I need your prayers.
