I am currently employed, but the drive is too far and the salary is too low. i have been looking for a job to better meet my financial needs but havent found a new one yet.

My prayer is two fold. First I need to find a new job, second, my supervisor is causing me to accelerate my job search because she is making me hate the job I have. she is not saved and I am pretty sure she has some kind of obsessive compuslive disorder. She has people redo things over and over again to the point of it being ludicrious.

The latest task we are doign is recording all the inbound calls that are either agents or merchants. We have to fill out a call sheet, in addition to putting notes in our system, time nad date of call, reason for call, action taken, and if follow up is needed. I THEN have to put all those calls in an Excel spreadsheet and it has around fifteen different categories for the type of call. There are probably over a hundred sheets that have accumulated so far.

Yesterday, she decided that she didn't like the "general question" category, so she is making me go through ALL the sheets and pull those out so I can create extra categories. This is a lot of extra work and I have to answer incoming calls also while I do this.

I am beginning to be so miserable that I just dont want to come in anymore. She is former military, hard to talk to, and a bit of a task master. I have tried to show her the love of God, pray for her regulary, and work very hard, but I have had no raise since I have started, and her micromanaging is getting worse by the day.

Please pray that I find a new job quickly and in the meantime God changes her heart. Please pray also for a supernatural peace about doing this task.
