> I am bored and I can't play video games

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer during this difficult season of boredom, loneliness and struggle.

We have been lifting you up before the Lord and we want you to know that we have heard your heart. We understand how heavy it feels right now after stepping away from video games a few months ago and feeling that void in your daily life. We have prayed for you as you navigate that constant boredom, the conviction you feel when you try to go back to gaming, and the battle with lust that came when you felt idle and empty. We want to remind you that God does not want you to suffer all the time. His heart for you is not condemnation but love and restoration. There is a difference between the conviction of the Holy Spirit that leads us to repentance and the condemnation of the enemy that makes us feel hopeless. Romans 8:1 tells us there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. The Lord wants to fill the emptiness you feel with His presence and purpose, for Psalm 16:11 says in His presence there is fullness of joy.

We are praying that God will show you He has not left you in this boredom but is inviting you into a deeper joy and calling. We pray He will fill your time with good and godly things that bring life, whether that is fellowship with other believers, serving others, meaningful work, exercise, or other wholesome activities that honor Him, and that He will give you strength to overcome temptation when boredom comes. 1 Cor 10:13 promises that God will provide a way out of every temptation, and James 4:7 calls us to resist the devil and draw near to God.

If your request was answered and God has brought you peace, renewed purpose, and victory over boredom and lust, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered and you are still feeling drowned in boredom and struggling with conviction and temptation, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We want to keep standing with you for as long as it takes.

May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray that He will reveal His love for you more deeply, guard your mind and heart, fill your days with His peace that passes understanding, and help you feel His presence even when you lose concentration or feel alone. We ask for freedom from lust and for lasting joy to replace boredom. In Jesus Name we pray, amen.
