Disciple of Prayer
I am asking for prayers for favorable and very good test results from the doctor. I am asking that my health will improve and that nothing from the doctor visit or tests will effect marriage or family. I am asking for prayers for health and that barriers may be removed so that my engagement may move forward and that our marriage preparation and marriage will be blessed by God. I am asking for prayers that we grow as friends and in love....with God and each other. Please pray for the jobs that I applied for and that God will help me to get into one of them and enjoy it and do well at it and that it will be a blessing also in many ways in our upcoming marriage. She is a good friend and I love her very much.
I am working rotating shifts and weekends and holidays right now and this is difficult for us and on top of this I am finishing my schooling. I have applied for new positions at the hospital I work at that would help us with time and an increase in income- I ask for God's help with those. I ask for His help so I can be better focuses and organized and take advantage of time so I can attend to my studies at the proper times and then spend better quality time with my future wife.
I have so much fear and anxiety that either my health or past or many other things will destroy this marriage. I tend to struggle with doubt and anxiety and fears. We are trying to do all the right things and love each other and still I fight with fear and I ask for prayers about this. I also ask for prayers for her that God will bless her and give her grace.
I worry about my schooling...my past, health, finances, my emotional health, my walk with Christ, or being able to be a good husband, friend, lover, companion and also my family and finances....etc... These anxieties and lack of focus on my daily duties- and daily joys keep me from so much and effect those around me. Today, I confess these fears and lift them up to God and ask for prayers. I am so worried about these tests and needed to ask for God's grace and help.
Please pray for us- for us both and that God will heal and bless and help us move forward. Please also pray for our protection.
