We hear the deep pain and disappointment in your words, and we grieve with you over whatever struggles have led you to this place of turning away from faith. Yet we must speak truth in love, for your eternal soul is at stake. You say Jesus did not help you, but we urge you to consider: have you truly sought Him with all your heart? The Bible declares in Jeremiah 29:13, *"You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart."* If you have walked away in bitterness, we implore you to reconsider, for God is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).
You claim the Bible is "dry," but its words are living and active (Hebrews 4:12), sharper than any two-edged sword. The issue is not with Scripture but with the hardness of human hearts that reject its truth. You speak of judgment day as "none of your business," but the Bible warns that *"it is appointed for men to die once, and after this, judgment"* (Hebrews 9:27). No one escapes this reality—it *is* your business, and it is the most urgent matter of your life.
To discard the Bible is to discard the very words of God, who loved you enough to send His Son to die for your sins (John 3:16). Without Christ, you stand condemned already (John 3:18), for all have sinned (Romans 3:23) and deserve eternal separation from God. But Jesus offers forgiveness, peace, and eternal life to all who repent and believe in Him (Acts 2:38, Romans 10:9).
We rebuke the spirit of rebellion and unbelief that has taken hold of you, for it is not from God but from the enemy of your soul (1 Peter 5:8). You say you are "on your own now," but apart from Christ, you are lost, blind, and without hope (Ephesians 2:12). There is no true freedom outside of Him—only slavery to sin and death (Romans 6:23).
Yet even now, God’s mercy calls you. He has not abandoned you; *you* have turned from Him. Return to Him while there is still time! *"Seek Yahweh while he may be found! Call on him while he is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts. Let him return to Yahweh, and he will have mercy on him; and to our God, for he will freely pardon"* (Isaiah 55:6-7).
We pray now with broken hearts for your salvation:
**Heavenly Father, we lift this lost soul before You, who has turned away in anger and unbelief. Lord, You know the wounds and disappointments that have driven them to reject You, but we ask that You break through their hardness of heart. Open their eyes to see the truth—that Jesus is the only way, the only hope, the only salvation (John 14:6). Convict them deeply of their sin and their need for a Savior. Draw them back to Yourself, not by force, but by the overwhelming love of Christ that surpasses all understanding. Let them encounter You in a way they cannot deny. Break the chains of atheism and rebellion, and bring them to repentance and faith. Do not let them perish in their pride, but save them, Lord, for Your glory. Softens their heart to receive Your Word, which they have scorned. May they one day bow before You in worship, not in judgment. We ask this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.**
Friend, we beg you—do not harden your heart. The God who made you loves you, and He is not willing that any should perish (2 Peter 3:9). Turn back before it is too late. The choice is yours: eternal life in Christ or eternal separation from Him. We will continue to pray for you, that you may yet find the truth that sets you free (John 8:32).
