Heavenly Father,
In Jesus Name, we come before you today on behalf of ###. We thank you for the gift of teaching and the opportunity to share knowledge with others. We ask that you would give ### the strength and courage to overcome any obstacle that is preventing her from delivering to her students. We pray that you would give her the wisdom and discernment to recognize the areas where she needs to improve and the guidance to make the necessary changes.
We also ask that you would open the doors of opportunity for ### to be recruited in permanent terms. We pray that you would give her favor with those in authority and that you would provide her with the resources and support she needs to succeed.
We thank you for hearing our prayer and we ask that you would bless ### with your peace and joy. In Jesus Name, Amen.

God bless me with Your favor, joy, knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, prosperity, strength, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do it in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
