I am a musician and I attend a small church in my local area.I was appointed to be the praise and worship leader at my church but one person refuses to cooperate with me.I am beginning to have negative thoughts towards this individual and I am considering leaving the church.We have had 2 meetings with her but she still refuses to go in the new direction that I would like to take the music ministry.

Dear God, 

I pray that you, please speak to this man and show him the way forward. I pray that you, please give him opportunities to surround himself with positive people with whom he can work and from whom he can learn. Whatever goes on in that Church, I please pray that you lead and show them who is the boss. This has nothing to do with being right; it has a lot do with leading by example. Dear God, I pray this situation is in your hands and you open doors of opportunities to him. For the church, I pray that you please restore law and order and heal the wounds of the hurting. IJNA!
