I already have a pit in my stomach about going to work tomorrow. My co worker and I do not mesh well and we have to work closely together. My depression is intense and my worries are many. I do okay when it is the weekend and I don't have to go out in the world. Each moment passes I progressively get worse and I am scared. I am scared I won't feel better or ever feel normal.
