Husband's Decisions

Please pray that my husband will stop making decisions about our life as a couple based on what his parents want. He loves them but they have really done some bad things to him as an adult, yet he keeps doing what they want. We moved two hundred miles away from them, after living with them years ago, for a while. They just kicked us out one day. (This is when they had money and WE were struggling.) So now that we are doing fine and THEY are the ones struggling, they want us to buy a house so we can all live there together! We have been struggling also with fertility problems on top of this and this is just not what I need right now (they are also smokers). I love them but I just think they need to make it on their own like we did. They also have a teenage grandchild from their drug addicted criminal son that lives with them and also the son does when he's not in jail. We are in our late thirties, early forties and I just want us to finally live our life as a couple without all their drama. That probably doesn't sound very Christian of me but I do love and pray for them. I am just at my wits end. Family issues aside, they have done some things that are considered fraud to my husband when he was in business with them. Please pray with me about this situation. Thank you. Love in Christ.

Lord, I Pray for your Intervention in this family Lord, You know all things Lord, May they love one another Lord. I Pray for Strength and courage and your direction for Carol and her husband and famiy Lord. I lift up this teenage grandson Lord, May he have the desire to know you Lord, and I Pray for his Father as well Lord, It is never too late to change your Life Lord, or you being an example of the Lord and perhaps changing someone's Life, Through Your Kindness and Understanding of the Lord Jesus, but not being being taken advantage, Your Will be done Lord, In Jesus Name Amen
