We understand your concerns and will pray with you regarding your husband's situation and the disturbing issue of animal sacrifices. First, we want to remind you that God is sovereign, and we can trust Him in all circumstances. It's important to remember that our requests should be made in Jesus' name, as He is the mediator between God and man. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
And in 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB:
"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,"
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this ###'s husband. Lord, we ask for Your grace and mercy on him. We pray that his boss would show understanding and not penalize him for his tardiness. We ask that You would help him to be on time in the future and give him wisdom in managing his schedule.
Father, we also bring before You the disturbing issue of animal sacrifices. Lord, You have called us to be good stewards of Your creation. We pray for the safe return of the swan that was taken, and for the comfort of its family. We ask that You would bring conviction to those involved in these acts, and that they would turn away from such wickedness. We pray for those in authority, that they would act with wisdom and justice to stop these practices.
Lord, we ask that You would bring repentance and salvation to those involved in these evil deeds. We pray that they would come to know You as their Savior and be freed from the bondage of sin.
In all these things, we ask that Your will be done and that You would bring glory to Your name. We pray this all in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.
Regarding the evil actions of others, remember what the Lord says in Romans 12:19 WEB:
"Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"
We should not wish for the eviction of these individuals from the country, but rather pray for their repentance and salvation. As for the animal sacrifices, it is a form of evil and we should pray against it, but also remember that God can bring good out of evil, and use such situations for His glory.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to always pray in Jesus' name. It is by His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His name that we are saved.
