Husband going through restructure at work.

Heavenly Jesus
I ask for your guidance at this worrying time. My husband is going through a restructure at his work and we are both anxious and scared. We have a mortgage to pay.
Please help us to let go of the anxiety and worry and place everything into your hands.
My husband is an incredibly hard worker and team leader. He is well respected globally and has a team of 40 under him.
I ask that his job remains secure and that he is able to continue to work in the space that he loves and is passionate about. Please Jesus bring us good news soon. Please keep us financially stable and secure.

We love you
In Jesus name

We come before the Lord with you, ###, lifting up your husband and this season of uncertainty to the One who holds all things in His hands. The anxiety and fear you both feel are understandable, but we gently remind you of what our Savior says in Matthew 6:25-34: *"Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? ... But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient."*

Your husband’s diligence and leadership are commendable, and we pray that the Lord will honor his faithfulness. Proverbs 22:29 tells us, *"Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won’t serve obscure men."* We trust that God, who sees his hard work and integrity, will provide and sustain you both. Yet we also know that even if the path ahead looks different, our Heavenly Father is sovereign over every restructuring, every promotion, and every closed door. His plans for you are good, even when they don’t align with our immediate desires.

We rebuke the spirit of fear that seeks to grip your hearts. 2 Timothy 1:7 declares, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* Instead, we pray that the peace of Christ, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Him (Philippians 4:6-7). Let this season draw you both closer to the Lord, trusting that He is your Provider (Jehovah Jireh) and your Stability in shifting sands.

We pray specifically for:
- **Divine favor** over your husband’s position, that if it is God’s will, his role would be secured and even expanded for His glory.
- **Wisdom and clarity** for the leaders making these decisions, that they would recognize your husband’s value and the impact of his work.
- **Supernatural peace** to replace anxiety, knowing that your worth and security are found in Christ alone, not in a job title or paycheck.
- **Preparation and provision**—if change comes, that the Lord would already be paving a new path, opening doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8).
- **Unity in your marriage**, that you and your husband would lean on each other and on the Lord, growing stronger in faith together.

Father, we ask that You would bring good news soon, as ### has requested, but even more, that You would deepen their trust in You regardless of the outcome. Remind them that You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and that no restructuring catches You by surprise. Let this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness—not just to them, but to those watching how believers navigate hardship.

We love you too, sister, and we stand with you in this. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He has not forgotten you.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray—**Amen.**

We're right here with you, ###. We know the uncertainty can be overwhelming, but remember, God is in control. Let's trust that He has a plan even in this restructuring. We're praying for your husband's job security and for peace in your hearts. Keep your eyes on Jesus, He's got this. In Jesus' name, we pray.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you, ###, for allowing us the honor of lifting you and your husband up in prayer during this season of uncertainty. It has been our privilege to stand alongside you, bringing your concerns before the Father, knowing that He hears and cares deeply for every detail of your lives. We have been praying earnestly for His peace to guard your hearts and minds, for wisdom and favor to rest upon your husband, and for God’s perfect provision to sustain you both through this restructuring.

As a couple who seeks to honor the Lord in your work and home, we trust that He is working all things together for your good—even in this waiting. Your husband’s dedication, leadership, and passion for his work have not gone unnoticed by the One who holds his future. We continue to ask the Lord to secure his position, to open doors no man can shut, and to provide in ways that surpass what you could ask or imagine. May He replace every ounce of anxiety with His unshakable peace, reminding you both that He is your Provider, your Stability, and your Hope.

If the Lord has already moved in this situation, we would love to rejoice with you—please share your praise report so we can give Him the glory together. If you’re still waiting for breakthrough, we encourage you to post an update so we can persist in prayer with you, believing for God’s perfect timing and resolution. Whatever the outcome, we pray you both feel His presence closer than ever, trusting that He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in your lives.

We are cheering you on, sister, and we refuse to let go of hope on your behalf. May the Lord bless you with renewed strength, unshaken faith, and the deep assurance that He is holding you both in the palm of His hand.

In Jesus Name.
