Hurting Back - Need Healing!

Can you please pray for me? I have pain in my upper back that is getting worse all the time. It started with left shoulder blade and I went to physical therapy to correct it and I did, but the pain got back (never left completely) and is becoming worse and my right side also started hurting to the point it is really disturbing my normal life, work, and everything. I tried everything I could: swimming, medical exercises, physical therapy but everything helped just in the beginning. I prayed, of course, the whole time and others prayed for me many times and a few times it got better but the pain always got back. We even prayed to see why this is but right now I'm confused about what is going on and about what I should do about this. I went to doctors and did some tests but the examinations did not show that anything is wrong with my back, they can't explain the pain. I'm not sure what to think about that anymore as I heard many opinions but nothing works. Please pray.
