Hi,

Many christians are unawares of the authority given to us....command the devil and he will flee....some pray:

"God I'd like to ask that you heal my son/husband etc"

Jesus didn't teach his disciples this way....if you go in the New Testament, then it shows that Jesus and his disciples used authority and our prayer should be in confidence and with authority directed at the disease/satan such as:

(shout it out don't be timit!!!)

"In the mighty name of Jesus and under the blood of Jesus Christ I command you cancer(replace cancer with whatever the disease is called) to die and disappear and I bind you spirit of cancer and command you to leave- in the mighty name of Jesus!!!"

I learned this when I prayed for the sick and cast out demons....hope that helps!
