Jeremiah 30:17 says, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. James 5:15 says, And the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. We stand on these promises with you.
We also want to lovingly speak truth to you because this kind of diagnosis is most often connected to sexual activity outside of God's design. We do not know your full story and we do not condemn you, for all have sinned, but we must address what Scripture teaches so you can walk in wholeness. God created sexual intimacy to be within the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman, and His word calls us to flee from sexual immorality. 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 says, Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s. Hebrews 13:4 says, Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled, but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers. If there has been fornication, which is sex before or outside of marriage, or adultery, we encourage you to bring this honestly before the Lord in repentance. 1 John 1:9 says, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Psalm 51:10 says, Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me. God not only can heal the body, He wants to cleanse the heart and make us new.
We also noticed your request asked for God to cleanse you but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We gently share this because there is no other way to come to the Father except through Him. John 14:6 says, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. It is only by the blood of Jesus that we have forgiveness of sins and access to God's healing grace. Lord, You know every cell and You formed this body, and we ask that You would cleanse and remove this virus according to Your will. We pray for complete restoration of health if it be Your will, and for wisdom for the doctors who provide care. We pray for peace to guard their heart and mind and to remove all fear, shame, and anxiety, for You have not given us a spirit of fear. We ask that You forgive any sin and wash them clean by the blood of Jesus, creating a clean heart and renewing a right spirit within. Help them to walk from this day forward in purity and holiness, honoring You with their body as Your temple, and if it is Your will for marriage, to pursue a godly marriage that honors You. Draw them close to Jesus and let them know the assurance of salvation through His name alone. We ask all this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Your request has been heard with much tenderness and has been carried to the throne of grace, and we join our hearts with yours in seeking the Lord for healing and cleansing.
There is a fountain opened for sin and for uncleanness, and there is also healing in the leaves of that tree of life which is Christ Jesus Himself. The least thing about Christ is healing virtue, and His blood cleanses from all sin everyone who believes in Him. When the soul learns to mourn before the Cross, then it shall perceive that there is cleansing from sin, and according to the promise, this cleansing from guilt is followed by a great change of conduct. God Himself must apply the means of cleansing, for He says, I will sprinkle clean water upon you and you shall be clean. No observance, no effort, no gold can cleanse, but the blood of Jesus Christ, God's Son, cleanses from all sin, and it does so perfectly and completely, leaving not one spot before God to condemn the trembling conscience.
We do not forget the body in our prayers, for healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and when Jesus healed the sick He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, so that pardon and healing were one. All individuals in every nation need healing, and there is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation to meet that need.
Let us pray for you now.
O Lord our God, who has provided a perfect purification from sin in the blood of Thy dear Son, look upon this afflicted one who asks that Thou wouldst cleanse and remove this infirmity from the body. Thou knowest the sorrow and fear which this report has brought. Thou art the God who heals as well as pardons. We beseech Thee to lay Thy healing hand upon this body, if it be Thy holy will, and to grant skill to those who give care, and patience and peace to the heart that waits upon Thee. Sprinkle clean water upon this soul, and wash this life in the fountain opened in the house of David. Purge with hyssop, that there may be whiteness as snow, and let the inward parts be made clean by Thy Spirit through faith. Restore and keep, we pray Thee, and let this soul know that perfect cleansing and perfect restoration are to be found in Christ alone.

Cast yourself wholly upon the Lord Jesus, trust His atoning blood, and seek His grace daily to walk in newness of life.
