How can we delight in the presence of the Lord.

True pleasure in our life does not come in what the world offers us, because what the devil shows us is temporal and will pass away in time. But those wonderful promises Jesus has given to us should cause our hearts to delight in Him alone.

[Delighting in God's word leads us to delight in God Himself. He is the fountain of all joy.]

Since we are to glorify God and enjoy Him forever, Jesus gives us an eternal focus on what will happen to us when we depart planet earth and will face eternity. So, know yourself, who you really are and know Him who sent you to earth to share Him who has chosen you from the beginning of the earth. Let us read again the eternal truth that comes from heaven.

[Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart.]
