How about...?

I think something, but want to see if this is actually so.I say, although our witnessing is the same message for every unsaved person, I do tend to believe that, because some unsaved people have different "blocks" to salvation,or problems preventing their wilingess to get saved, I feel we might have to use a different "approach" to them,{as compared to other unsaved people} to reach them at their level.Agree?Is that a valid point?{The salvation message is the same , but our method of approach for each personality, like one style might work better for one,or another...After answering that, then the specific case.My father was more "open" to our message,but my aunt like I stated hates Christians.,my mother is into the occult,but now...my sister. The problem with getting through to her is, she's a "know it all" type, and if you try to get through to her, because she thinks SHE'S smarter than YOU,she scoffs at you.She's into all the worldly trends, backs certain sinful lifestyles,into the occult, but if I {or any of you}would try to show her "the Way", she would have a condescending attitude, like she "knows better".So the question is, the best strategy to witness to, and deal with, a "know it all?"Or, how do you get through to a know it all if they think they're smarter then you from the get go?{And stubborn}"With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."

For now i dont have a solution as to talk to God and pray for her salvation (my mother is very KNOW IT ALL PERSON - call it SELF RIGHTEOUS). I only get in trouble if i go the normal way of witnessing to her. Only indirectly and this not every time, because she would really moque me and even curse and be angry at me, that i am backward (medieval way of thinking) and its a shame that i am educated, i act like non educated people etc...my brother is also self righteous, he sais that we christians need help, we are not strong enough so we need something outside ourselves to help ourselves, and he usualy sais it with diminishing tone. If i witness to them, it will become a discussion, fight and who knows what else, so i do not witness directly any more. I need my peace. I pray and proclaim their salvation.
I heard someone say: DO NOT PUT PRESSURE ON PEOPLE, PUT PRESSURE ON GOD.

I agree with you that different types of people need different approach. I know some people who have being saved through aggressive approach, like someone threatened them with hell if they continue with sin, with me that kind of approach was not working, i was a slow motion gentle case of salvation.

When God touches you, then you should answer to His touch. If He wants to save your soul, then never ever say no. Just go to the altar and give yourself to Jesus. He loves you and cares for you. God touches people in differnt ways. At work, may be the boss wants to get saved and that is why he is on your nerves all the time. Invite him or her to church and Jesus will save the lost soul. Your best friend may needs Jesus, pray for him and ask Jesus to save his soul. Jesus will answer your prayer and that soul will be save. Remember, we were chosen from the begining of the earth to be Gods own. He has chosen us to be the light of the world. Be one today and ever.
