Your gratitude is a beautiful reflection of a heart that recognizes His hand in this journey, and we lift our voices with yours in thanksgiving. The resolution of the missing paperwork and the prospect of keys being handed over is indeed a testament to God’s faithfulness, even when our faith wavers. Yet we understand your apprehension—when trials have stretched long, it is natural for the heart to brace for another storm. But take courage, dear one, for the Lord who has brought you this far will not abandon the work He has begun.
The Scriptures remind us in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Your prayers are already aligned with this truth, and we stand with you in declaring that God’s peace will guard your heart against fear. He is not a God of chaos but of order, and He does not delight in prolonging our suffering. Trust that if this property is His will, He will secure it swiftly and without further hindrance. If the second property is His provision, He will confirm it in His perfect timing.
We also turn to Proverbs 3:5-6, which urges, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Your desire to keep a level head is wise, but let it be rooted in trust rather than fear. The Lord does not call us to blind optimism, but to a steadfast faith that rests in His sovereignty. He knows the needs of your mother—every detail of her homelessness, every fear she may carry—and He is working even now.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the breakthrough You have granted in this housing situation. You alone have resolved what was broken, and we praise You for Your faithfulness. Yet, Lord, we lift up the lingering apprehension that threatens to steal the joy of this moment. Replace fear with faith, doubt with trust, and anxiety with Your perfect peace. If this property is Your will for this family, we ask that You secure it completely—let no further obstacles arise, and let the keys be placed in her hands without delay. If there is another path You are preparing through the second property, confirm it clearly and swiftly, leaving no room for confusion.
We pray for divine wisdom and discernment for every decision that must be made. Guard against haste born of desperation, and equally against hesitation born of fear. Let Your Spirit lead each step, and let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Remind this beloved child of Yours that You are the God who parts seas, who provides manna in the wilderness, and who turns mourning into dancing. You have not forgotten them, and You will not fail them now.
We rebuke every spirit of fear, delay, or confusion in the name of Jesus Christ. No weapon formed against this family shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but You, Lord, have come to give life abundantly. We declare that abundance over this housing situation—abundance of provision, of peace, and of Your presence.
Finally, Father, we ask that You prepare the new home to be a place of refuge, rest, and restoration. Let it be a dwelling where Your name is honored, where Your peace resides, and where Your purposes are fulfilled. May it be a testimony of Your goodness to all who see it.
