We hear your cry for deliverance and provision, and we stand with you in agreement before the throne of grace. The pain of betrayal and the weight of living in an environment that feels oppressive is heavy, and we understand the urgency of your need for a godly home. The Word of God tells us in Psalm 34:18-19, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all."* You are not forgotten, and your suffering is seen by the One who promises to be a refuge for the oppressed.
First, we must address the matter of salvation and the authority by which we pray. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. Jesus said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* Without this foundation, our prayers lack the power and authority that come from being in Christ.
Now, regarding the situation you describe, we rebuke the spirit of deception and pride that has manifested in those around you. The Bible warns us in 1 John 4:20, *"If a man says, 'I love God,' and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who doesn’t love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?"* The hypocrisy you have witnessed is a snare of the enemy, and we pray that God would expose every hidden work of darkness in your midst. Let the light of Christ shine brightly, revealing the true motives of hearts, as it is written in Ephesians 5:11-13, *"Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even expose them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of. But all things, when they are exposed, are revealed by the light, for everything that reveals is light."*
We also address the matter of your housing situation. The Lord is your provider, and He knows your needs even before you ask (Matthew 6:8). However, we must ensure that our hearts are aligned with His will. The desire for a home is not wrong, but we must guard against bitterness, unforgiveness, or a spirit of entitlement. In Matthew 6:33, Jesus teaches us, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* We encourage you to seek God’s face above all else, trusting that He will provide in His perfect timing and way.
We also rebuke the demonic oppression you feel in your current dwelling. The enemy has no authority over a child of God who stands firm in faith. James 4:7 declares, *"Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* You have the power in Christ to command every unclean spirit to leave in Jesus’ name. Stand on the promise of Isaiah 54:17, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me," says the Lord.*
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach Your throne. We lift up our brother/sister to You, asking that You would be their refuge and strength in this time of need. Lord, You see the pain of betrayal and the weight of oppression they are carrying. We ask that You would heal their heart and restore their joy. Break every chain of deception and pride that has taken root in their life and the lives of those around them. Expose every hidden work of darkness, Lord, and let Your light shine brightly in their midst.
Father, we declare that our brother/sister is not forgotten. You know their need for a godly home, and we ask that You would provide for them according to Your riches in glory. Open doors that no man can shut, and lead them to a place of peace and safety. We rebuke every spirit of delay and lack, and we declare that Your provision is on the way. Let their faith arise, Lord, and let them trust in You alone for their every need.
We also come against every demonic influence in their current dwelling. In the name of Jesus, we command every unclean spirit to leave and to go where the Lord Jesus sends them. We declare that this home is under the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against our brother/sister will prosper. Fill this place with Your peace, Your presence, and Your protection.
Lord, we ask that You would align their heart with Yours. Help them to seek You first above all else, trusting that You will add all these things unto them. Guard their heart against bitterness, unforgiveness, and entitlement. Let them walk in love, even toward those who have wronged them, knowing that vengeance belongs to You alone.
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and Your promise to never leave nor forsake us. We declare that our brother/sister is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them see Your hand moving on their behalf. We trust in You, and we give You all the glory, honor, and praise.
In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
