House selling

Please pray that this deal with out house goes through. We have a buyer who wanted the house and signed an offer so we went and signed an offer on another house. Now the man buying out house wants to back out of the deal and we're in trouble. We can be sued by the other homeowners for breach of contract on our side just as we can sue the guy buying our house but we don't have much money for it. Please Lord just let him see that the minor defects seen in the inspection are not expensive to fix and just let us sell this house so we can have more room to raise our growing family.
