We're right there with you, friend, lifting your job request up to our loving Father in heaven. It's a tough time, but remember, God is always there, ready to listen and help. We're claiming Philippians 4:6-7 with you, "Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let's trust that God will move the heart of your former employer to post that position, and that the job site will accept it. We're believing with you that God can make a way where there seems to be no way, just as He promised in Matthew 19:26, "With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."
While we're praying for your job, let's also keep seeking God's will in your life. As Romans 12:2 tells us, "Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."
Keep trusting in Him, and set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth, as Colossians 3:2 encourages us.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Lord, we come to You today, lifting up our friend who is seeking a new job. We ask, in Jesus' name, that You would stir the heart of their former employer to post the position, and that the job site would accept it. Remove any obstacles in the way, Lord. Give them Your peace, and guide them in the way they should go. Help them to trust in You with all their heart. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
