Hope For The Present And The Future

I’m a single mother of 2 little girls who are 8 and 9. My life has never been easy, but it is especially challenging right now. I recently moved 2 states away from home because of a job and the job fell through. My children and I are living in a homeless shelter. We moved with another family that no longer has anything to do with us. We had been friends for 6 years, and now it’s like we don’t exist. I have no vehicle, and no job, but am trying to be thankful for what we do have, which is love and a roof over our heads.

I have been terribly lonely for a long time and have been praying for the man God has for us for years. Our security is in the Lord, not in a man, but companionship would be wonderful. My heart is sick because my children need a Godly example. I’ve had chances over the years to settle for less than God’s best for my kids, but I can’t. I love my kids too much for that no matter how lonely I am. Some hope concerning all these things would sure be great.

Be Encouraged, I have asked God in Jesus’ name to honor your prayer request according to His perfect will. The safest and best place to be in this whole wide world is in the will of God. God’s will for all His children is for them to prosper, be in good health, even as their soul prospers (III John 2). God knows what is best for all of us. He knows when to step in and when to step back. Ask God, “What am I to learn from this experience?†And then ask God not to let you waste this experience. Relax…Keep Your Focus On God…Grow From It!

May Jehovah our God through His Son Jesus Christ bless you and those you love and care about abundantly, exceedingly above all you have ever asked, thought, dreamed, or prayed. God is in control. Trust Him. God Loves You. Everything is going to be alright!
