Proverbs 11:1 reminds us, *"The Lord abhors dishonest scales, but accurate weights are his delight."* Similarly, Proverbs 29:4 declares, *"The king by justice makes the land stable, but he who takes bribes tears it down."*
Your request for leadership that is capable, visionary, and free from political manipulation is wise. We pray for leaders who will act with integrity, as described in Psalm 72:1-4: *"Give the king your justice, O God, and your righteousness to the royal son. He will judge your people with righteousness, and your poor with justice. The mountains shall bring prosperity to the people. He will defend the afflicted among the people. He will save the children of the needy, and break the oppressor in pieces."* Renewable energy and infrastructure for electric vehicles are not just practical advancements but can also reflect good stewardship of the creation God has entrusted to us (Genesis 1:28, 2:15). However, we must also pray that such progress is pursued with wisdom, ensuring that it does not become an idol or a tool for further control, but rather a means to bless the people and glorify God.
