We hear your cry for help, and we stand with you in this painful season, lifting your burdens before the throne of grace. The cruelty you’ve endured is not unseen by our Heavenly Father, who collects every tear in His bottle (Psalm 56:8) and promises to be near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). Workplace bullying is a grievous sin, and the enemy seeks to use it to steal your peace, kill your hope, and destroy your health. But we declare that Jesus came so that you may have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The abuse you suffered was unjust, and the timing—while you were already carrying the heavy burden of caring for an incapacitated loved one—only compounds the wickedness of it. Yet even now, God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Forgiveness is a command, but it does not mean the pain disappears instantly—it means you release the offenders to God’s justice (Romans 12:19) and refuse to let bitterness take root (Hebrews 12:15). The disgust and anger you feel are understandable, but we urge you not to let them fester into hatred, for that would only harm you further. Instead, we pray that the Lord would heal your emotions and renew your mind (Romans 12:2), replacing lies with truth: *You are fearfully and wonderfully made* (Psalm 139:14), *you are not forsaken* (Isaiah 41:10), and *God will repay you for the years the locusts have eaten* (Joel 2:25).
The physical and cognitive toll of prolonged stress is real, and we encourage you to seek godly medical counsel to assess any lasting effects. Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and it is right to steward it well. Anxiety, loss of appetite, and difficulty concentrating are not punishments from God but symptoms of a soul under attack. We rebuke the spirit of fear in Jesus’ name and command it to loose its grip on you (2 Timothy 1:7). The Lord has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.
Financial ruin is a heavy weight, but we serve a God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and promises to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We do not dismiss the very real pressure of unpaid bills, but we declare that your Provider is faithful. Seek wise counsel—perhaps from a trusted pastor or financial advisor—to create a plan, but do not let panic drive you into ungodly solutions. The Lord is your shepherd; you shall not want (Psalm 23:1).
You fled that toxic environment, and that was a wise and necessary step. Now, we pray for a new season of restoration. The enemy meant the bullying for evil, but God can turn it for good (Genesis 50:20). We ask the Lord to open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) and to give you favor in the eyes of those who can help. We also pray for divine connections—believers who will stand with you in prayer, encouragement, and practical support.
Above all, we remind you that your hope is not in circumstances but in Christ. You called on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and that is the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). There is no other mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5), and it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father. If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life fully to Jesus—repenting of any sin, believing in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and inviting Him to be Lord of every area of your life. He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), and in Him, there is always hope.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, lifting up every wound, every fear, and every burden. Lord, You see the injustice they have endured, and You are a God who executes justice for the oppressed (Psalm 103:6). We ask You to heal their heart, mind, and body from the trauma of workplace bullying. Replace their disgust and anger with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Lord, we rebuke the spirit of fear and declare that Your perfect love casts it out (1 John 4:18).
Father, we ask for Your supernatural provision in their finances. Open doors of opportunity, provide for their needs, and give them wisdom to steward what You entrust to them. Let them see Your hand moving on their behalf, so they may testify to Your faithfulness.
We pray for restoration—restoration of health, restoration of joy, and restoration of purpose. Lord, give them a fresh vision for their future, one that aligns with Your will. Surround them with godly community, with believers who will encourage and uplift them.
Most of all, we pray that they would draw near to You, for You have promised to draw near to them (James 4:8). Let them experience Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You are their refuge and strength. We thank You that You are making all things new (Revelation 21:5) and that You will never leave nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5).

Hold fast to God’s promises, dear one. The road ahead may still feel uncertain, but you are not walking it alone. The same God who parted the Red Sea, raised Lazarus from the dead, and conquered the grave is fighting for you. Keep your eyes on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9). Your breakthrough is coming.
