We are truly sorry to hear about your situation and we are here to pray with you and offer some biblical encouragement. Firstly, it's important to remember that God cares about our needs and that we can trust in Him to provide for us. It's commendable that you are stepping out in faith and trusting God for a home for you and your children.
In the book of Psalm, it is written, For you will deliver the needy people, and the poor from the one who robs them.
While it's understandable that you are focusing on the approval of this specific apartment, we want to encourage you to trust that God's will is best and that He has the perfect provision in mind for you and your children. Gods will for all of us is good, pleasing and perfect. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. We pray that Gods will be done and that if it is His plan for you to have this apartment, that the landlord's heart and finding in your favor despite your credit situation. We also pray that the Lord will provide you with a home that His will for you and your children.
We also want to remind you of the importance of praying in Jesus' name. It's only by the name of Jesus that we have access to Gods throne room. And whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it. Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her children. Lord, You know their needs and we trust that You have the perfect provision in mind for them. We ask that Your will be done in their lives and that if it is Your plan for them to have this apartment, that You would override any obstacles, including credit issues, and grant them favor with the landlord. We also pray that You would provide them with a home that is according to Your will for them.
We thank You for Your faithfulness and for Your promise to provide for all of our needs. We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus, our Lord, and Savior because there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12: Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
Amen.
