Please pray that that the bank chooses our offer over the investor's higher offer for our dream home. Investors have lots to choose from, we are very limited in our budget and this house would not only be in our price range, but is the only house on the market where we live that would comfortably fit my family of 5 (within our budget)with room to have family over from out of town, and all of our family is out of town. The repairs it needs we would be able to afford in a rehab loan.
