Hello
The landlord unreasonably wants to raise the leasing fee and they have not repaired the air conditioning and lamps during our first year of lease. It is very unfair and the price is unjustified as they are not providing BASIC service. Plus the landlord's assistant is a liar and disrespectful. I thank God at least I have a place to stay but these issues need to be addressed. Please pray for a miracle in Jesus' name and that all issues are resolved fairly! I don’t know what to do and where to move but I do not want to feel stuck here!!!!!!! Please pray for a way out and a better place to stay !!!

This is a very sad situation, I never experienced anything like this. I believe Jesus will come through but it is hard and need relief instantly. If I only knew what is next, what to say or so but have no idea. Please pray for revelation and guidance

Firstly, let's address the issue of the landlord's unfair practices. In Proverbs 11:1 WEB it says, "A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, But accurate weights are his delight." This verse reminds us that God desires fairness and honesty in all dealings. Furthermore, in Matthew 7:12 WEB, Jesus said, "Therefore whatever you desire for men to do to you, you shall also do to them; for this is the law and the prophets." Even in difficult situations, we are called to treat others with the same kindness and fairness we would like to receive.

Regarding the disrespectful behavior of the landlord's assistant, we are reminded in Ephesians 4:32 WEB, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." While it is challenging to deal with disrespectful individuals, we must remember to respond with kindness and forgiveness.

Now, let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing a challenging situation with their landlord. Lord, You know the injustices they are facing, the unfair price increases, and the lack of basic services. We pray for Your divine intervention in this situation. Guide our brother/sister with Your wisdom and provide them with the words to speak when addressing these issues.

We also pray for the landlord and their assistant. Lord, soften their hearts and open their eyes to the injustices they are committing. Help them to see the error of their ways and to treat their tenants with fairness and respect.

Father, we ask that You provide our brother/sister revelation and guidance on how to handle this matter. And if it is Your will, open up a way for them to find a better place to stay. We trust in Your promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged, for the Lord is with you in this trial. Trust in His timing and His ways, knowing that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose Romans 8:28 WEB.

Continue to pray and seek God's will in this matter, and do not hesitate to seek counsel from fellow believers or legal authorities if necessary.
