We hear your cry for help in this overwhelming season, and we lift you up before the throne of grace. Father, we come before You acknowledging that You are the God of order, peace, and provision. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise as we intercede for our sister in Christ.
Lord, we ask that You grant her clarity of mind and strength to complete her exam. Calm the anxiety that threatens to cloud her thoughts and replace it with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Guide her hand as she writes, and help her recall all that she has studied. We rebuke the spirit of distraction and procrastination in the name of Jesus, and we declare that she will finish strong and meet her deadline. Your Word assures us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
We also lift up her responsibilities as a mother. Father, grant her the rest she needs to care for her child and the wisdom to navigate the conversation with her daughter’s teacher and father. Give her words seasoned with grace and truth, and let Your love be the foundation of their interactions. We pray against any legal matters or trials that may seek to entangle her, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we ask that You remind her of Your presence in this season. You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her (1 Peter 5:7). We pray that she would find rest in You, even in the midst of her busyness, and that she would experience Your peace that guards her heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Finally, we thank You for the name of Jesus, the only name by which we can come before You. It is through His sacrifice that we have access to Your throne, and it is by His blood that we are saved. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, trusting that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will. Amen.
