We understand that you're facing a challenging situation at home, and we want you to know that we're here to pray and offer biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we thank God that you've submitted your request in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB: Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me).
We want to encourage you with God's promise of protection, Psalm 91:1-2, WEB: He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.
Now, let's address the issues you mentioned. We commend you for taking action and informing the owner of the flat about the police message. It's important to bring matters into the light, as God's word tells us in Ephesians 5:8-14, WEB: For you were once darkness, but are now light in the Lord. Walk as children of light, for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth, proving what is well pleasing to the Lord. Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of. But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that reveals is light. Therefore he says, Awake, you who sleep, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.
Regarding the alcoholism and vandalism, we pray that those involved would turn from their harmful ways and seek God. Remember, our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces (Ephesians 6:12). We pray for God's peace and order to reign in your home and area.

Father, in Jesus' name, we bring our ### before You, asking for Your divine protection and guidance. We rebuke the spirit of alcoholism and vandalism in her/his home and area. Lord, we pray for a hedge of protection around her/him and for discernment and integrity for both sender and receiver of the police message. We ask that Your light would shine in the darkness, exposing any evil, and that Your peace would reign. We also pray for the salvation of those involved in wrongdoing, that they may turn to You and be transformed. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, continue to trust in God and His promises. He is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13). Keep walking in the light, and God will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
