Holy Spirit Please Turn My Heart Back To You!

I am in torment and ask for prayer that God would draw me back to Himself and set me free of this addiction to lust and masturrbation and take hold of me and that he will grant me repentance and give Him what He wants and that is all my heart all my soul and all my body i need help I feel as though i have been given over to this sin as according to Romans 1 and fear that i have a seared conscience and dont want to be living a lie anymore,please someone pray for me that i will have restaint in area of this ,thank you,Chafsukkot.
