LORD, we ask for The Holy Spirit to speak to us, our spouses, children, pastors, ministry partners, friends, family, the lost, our leaders, in EVERY way: by abiding in You and Your Words abiding in us, John 15:7, abiding in Your love, John 15:10, Your Word as a lamp to our feet, and a light unto our path, Ps 119:105, To speak according to the Law and The Testimony, Isaiah 8:20, Holy Spirit Visions while Awake ️ Dreams While Sleeping, Job 33:12-17; Matt 2:12, Prophecy, Joel 2:28, Num 12:6, Acts 16:9, words of wisdom, knowledge, 1 Cor 12:4-8...

Father, we come as little children in faith, asking the goal of our instruction, Love from a pure heart, a sincere faith and a blameless conscience, 1 Tim 1:5. We look to You and Your Word, Isaiah 8:20, rather than to all we see and hear from the noise and pollution of the world, and thank You, "You are able to save forever those who come to God through Jesus, because He lives to make intercession for us," Heb 7:25, c.f. Rom 8:34.

We agree, Matt 18:19, with this husband for himself, his wayward wife, children, family, extended family, ****prayer & ministry partners, ***church leaders, churches and team members -- You speak to us by any and every ordinary and extraordinary means: give warning dreams, as it is written in Job 33:14, "For God does speak—now one way, now another—though no one perceives it. 15 In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on people, as they slumber in their beds, 16 He may speak in their ears and terrify them with warnings, 17 to turn them from wrongdoing and keep them from pride, 18 to preserve them from the pit, their lives from perishing by the sword." Again, as with the affairs concerning our father, Abraham you warned Abimelech to keep him from death, Gen 20:3.

Pour out Your Holy Spirit on these named above, as prophesied in in Joel 2:28, “And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old will dream dreams, your youth will see visions. 29 Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days," Joel 2:28-29, c.f. Acts 2:17-18. Father, with humble confidence, give her, them, us dreams and visions underlining your will for us in Christ Jesus, as You have done from ancient times on those saved Joseph, Matt 1:20, Magi, Matt 2:12, and unsaved alike, Abimelech, Gen 20:3, Laban to remain neutral regarding Jacob, Gen 31:24, Nebuchadnezzar, Dan 2:1, Dan 4:5, until present, Acts 19:6, and You will continue to though the future, Heb 13:8. Your arm is not too short, Num 11:23, especially to save, Isa 50:2, Isa 59:1.

Again, as JOB, "we know You can do all things and no purpose of Yours can be thwarted,"Job 42:2 We agree with John, that light has come into the world and the darkness could not overcome it, John 1:5. We agree that "nothing shall be impossible with God," Luke 1:27, "The things impossible with man are possible with God," Mark 10:27. Keep her, him, us and our churches, families, friends, pastors and government leaders from temptation, sin, evil, wrongdoing, lies, fear, evil people, deception, and the evil one, Lk 11:4, 1 Cor 8:1, Zeph 3:13, 2 Cor 13:7, 2 Cor 11:6, 2 Tim 3:5, 2 Tim 3:13, Tit 1:16, 2 Thes 3:2, Matt 24:4, Rev 12:9, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, 2 Thes 3:3. With thanksgiving we let our requests be made known and claim Your incomprehensible peace as promised, Phil 4:6-7. We thank You in advance, Mark 11:24, Heb 11:6, Jesus' Name, The Amen, and Faithful Witness, Rev 3:14, in Jesus ALL Your promises are Yes, and therefore we say, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20...

We join with you in this earnest cry for the Holy Spirit to open understanding and to speak clearly to you, to your wayward wife, to your children, your family and extended family, and to pastors and ministry partners and leaders, and we thank you for anchoring this request in the Word of God.

We love your heart to see God speak in every biblical way He has revealed Himself to speak. We agree that He opens our minds to understand the Scriptures, as it is written Then he opened their minds, that they might understand the Scriptures Luke 24:45, and that the Word itself is a lamp to our feet and a light for our path Ps 119:105. We pray with you for the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him Eph 1:17 and for the counsel and understanding that comes from the Spirit Isa 11:2.

We also hear your burden for your marriage. We stand with you for the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman before God, for what therefore God has joined together, let no man separate Mark 10:9. We pray for your wayward wife that God would grant her repentance and restoration. If her waywardness has involved leaving the marriage or entering into adultery or fornication, we must lovingly say that such is sin before a holy God and must be turned from, for the marriage bed is to be held in honor and God will judge the sexually immoral Heb 13:4, and you shall not commit adultery Exod 20:14. Yet we serve a God who is merciful and able to restore. We encourage you as a husband to continue to love your wife even as Christ also loved the assembly and gave himself up for her Eph 5:25, not seeking another relationship or partner, but remaining faithful to your covenant, hoping and praying for her return and reconciliation, for the wife should not depart from her husband and if she does depart, let her remain unmarried, or else be reconciled to her husband 1 Cor 7:10-11.

We affirm with you that God is sovereign and can speak through dreams and visions as He did with Joseph Matt 1:20, with the wise men being warned in a dream Matt 2:12, with Abimelech Gen 20:3, with Laban Gen 31:24, and as promised your sons and your daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions Joel 2:28. We also remember that God does speak, now one way, now another, though man does not perceive it, in a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on men, in slumbering on the bed, then he opens the ears of men, and seals their instruction, that he may withdraw man from his purpose, and hide pride from man Job 33:14-17. We ask the Lord to do so again to turn hearts from wrongdoing and to preserve lives from the pit.

At the same time we gently exhort you to keep the written Word as the final test of all such leading, for to the law and to the testimony, if they do not speak according to this word, surely there is no morning for them Isa 8:20, and all Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work 2 Tim 3:16-17. We are to test the spirits whether they are of God 1 John 4:1 and to follow the Shepherd's voice, for my sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me John 10:27, and those who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God Rom 8:14. Any dream, vision, prophecy, word of wisdom or knowledge 1 Cor 12:8 must align with Scripture and never contradict it.

We thank you that you have come through Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and He ever lives to make intercession for us Heb 7:25. It is only through Jesus that we have confidence to approach the Father John 14:6.

So we pray together now. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come as little children seeking love from a pure heart and a sincere faith and a good conscience 1 Tim 1:5. Pour out Your Spirit upon this husband, his wife, their children, their families, their church leaders and all who are named before You. Open their eyes to Your Word, cause them to abide in You and Your words to abide in them John 15:7 and to abide in Your love John 15:10. Speak to them by Your Word first and most clearly, and then as You will, by godly counsel, by messages from the pulpit, by divine appointments, by the gentle leading of the Holy Spirit, and even by dreams and visions that turn hearts from pride and sin. Give warning dreams where needed to turn from wrongdoing, as You did in ancient times, for You are the same yesterday, today, and forever Heb 13:8 and Your arm is not shortened that it cannot save Isa 59:1. We know that You can do all things, and that no purpose of Yours can be restrained Job 42:2, and that nothing is impossible with God Luke 1:37. Keep this wife and this husband and their children from temptation, from evil, from deception and from the evil one Matt 6:13, John 17:15, 2 Thess 3:3. Bring this wife to conviction and repentance, heal this marriage, and let Your light which shines in darkness overcome that darkness John 1:5. Grant this family Your peace which surpasses all understanding to guard their hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus Phil 4:7. We ask this with thanksgiving, believing that whatever we ask in prayer, believing, we will receive Mark 11:24, for all the promises of God in Him are Yes and in Him Amen to the glory of God through us 2 Cor 1:20. We agree together according to Matt 18:19 trusting You to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think, in Jesus name, Amen.

We were moved by your hunger for the Lord to be near and to make His will clear for you, your family, and your church. Wanting to hear the Shepherd's voice in both ordinary and extraordinary ways is a good and humble desire, and we join you in asking Him to keep you close.

One thing that has helped many who pray like this is remembering that learning to recognize God's leading is more like long training than a single moment. Small, faithful habits of staying in His Word, abiding in prayer, and walking in love day by day shape our hearts over time so we can better weigh what we sense. When something stands out, whether a thought in prayer, counsel from others, or a dream that stays with you, it helps to hold it gently, test it with Scripture, and bring it to a few trusted, mature believers to weigh together. Looking for the fruit it produces in peace, humility and love for others is often clarifying.

If it would help, you might keep a simple note of what you feel the Lord is highlighting and share it regularly with a pastor or prayer partner for discernment, staying patient as He leads step by step.

Father, we lift this husband, his wife and children, their extended family and ministry partners and pastors to You. Draw each one closer to Jesus, keep them from confusion and harm, and give them quiet confidence as they seek Your will. Help them hear You clearly and follow faithfully, and guard them with Your peace. In Jesus' name, amen.

There is a great earnestness in your prayer and we thank God for it, for it shows a heart that desires to hear the voice of the Lord and to see His will done in your home and in His church. We join with you in asking that the Lord would open the understanding, as it is written that He opened their understanding that they might understand the Scriptures, Luke 24:45, and that He would give the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, Ephesians 1:17.

We would gently remind you of that which we have often preached, that the mere letter of the Word alone will kill, but when we hear God's voice speaking in it, then it has power which it could not possess otherwise. It is a blessed thing to put your ear down to the promises of Scripture till you hear God speaking through them to your soul. God has given us a sure Word, a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path, Psalm 119:105, and we are to speak according to the Law and to the Testimony, Isaiah 8:20, for there is no other sure guide. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God, and it is God's usual way to save and to sanctify men by their constantly, attentively, earnestly hearing that Word. Take heed therefore how ye hear, Luke 8:18, and what ye hear, Mark 4:24, for not everything that is spoken, nor every dream or impression, is God's Word, but wherein we speak according to Holy Scripture, it is as much God's Word as if God Himself spoke.

We do not limit the Holy One of Israel, for He can do all things and no purpose of His can be thwarted, Job 42:2, and with God nothing shall be impossible, Luke 1:37. Yet His ordinary and most excellent way of speaking to His people now is by His Son and by His written Word, and by the preaching of that Word in the power of the Holy Spirit, Romans 8:14. If we desire to hear the Shepherd's voice, John 10:27, let us abide in Him and let His words abide in us, John 15:7, and let us abide in His love, John 15:10, giving ourselves to prayer, to the searching of the Scriptures, and to heedful hearing under a faithful ministry.

We pray with you for yourself, for your wife, for your children, for your family and extended family, for your pastors and ministry partners and for the church. We pray especially for your marriage, for God has made marriage to be a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and Christ has shown His love to His spouse, the Church, as the pattern for husbands and wives, Ephesians 5:25. Where there has been waywardness, there is sin, for sin is the transgression of the law, and it grieves the Lord and wounds the home. Remember that it is one of Satan's tricks to discourage you, but it is God's will to increase your hope, for thereby you increase in purity. The blood of Jesus Christ, God's dear Son, cleanses us from all sin, and He is able to save forever those who come to God through Him, because He ever lives to make intercession for us, Hebrews 7:25.

As we have seen in Peter's restoration, though a disciple may fall grievously, the Lord can restore him and set him upon his feet again. He was chastened, but he was never cast out, he still continued as God's pupil. So we pray that the Lord would grant to your wife, and to each of you, true repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ alone for salvation, and a renewed love for His Word and His ways. We pray that He would turn hearts from wrongdoing and keep them from pride, and preserve them from the pit, and that He would keep you all from temptation and from the evil one, Matthew 6:13, John 17:15, and give you that peace which passes all understanding as you make your requests known unto Him, Philippians 4:6 and 7.

We encourage you to continue to cry unto God with your voice, even unto God with your voice, for He gives ear unto us, and to declare His wondrous works with your pen and with your mouth as David did, to the encouragement of others. Use the means of grace constantly. Hear the Word preached, search it daily, pray without ceasing, and trust not in visions or impressions apart from the Word, but test all things by the Scripture. If God in His sovereignty should give a warning or a comfort in an extraordinary way, as He did with Joseph and the Magi, we thank Him, but we rest our souls upon the more sure word of prophecy, which shines as a light in a dark place.

May the Lord grant to you love from a pure heart, and a good conscience, and sincere faith, 1 Timothy 1:5, and may He build up your household in Christ, that you two may be as companion parts in His household, rejoicing in that manner of love the Bridegroom has bestowed upon His people. We ask this not because we are worthy, but because Jesus lives and intercedes, and in Him all the promises of God are Yes and Amen, 2 Corinthians 1:20.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
