Beloved Servant
Heavenly FATHER, I give honor and glory as I partake of the sacrificial Holy Body of Christ. Thank You for the grace that is your loving kindness and tender mercy. Most of all, Thank You for the invitaton of repentance, and the gift of forgiveness, made possible through the shed blood of Jesus.
THANK YOU FATHER
Oh Gracious GOD, I repent of my sins which I have sinned against you and man; I ask for forgiveness. My prayer for this Lenten season is that you will bless us all to wholly submit ourselves to YOUR instructions for humble prayer and correct fasting:
Isaiah 58: 6) “Is this not the fast that I have chosen:
Moreover, I ask for greater personal strength to remain obedient to your call on my life, even as I still myself in the quietness of prayer, according to Your voice in my spirit, over the remainder of this Lenten season. Yet, I ask Your forgiveness if, in my human frailty, I should fall short.

Isaiah 58: 6) “Is this not the fast that I have chosen:
To loose the bonds of wickedness,
To undo the heavy burdens,
To let the oppressed go free,
And that you break every yoke?
7) Is it not to share your bread with the hungry, And that you bring to your house the poor who are cast out; When you see the naked, that you cover him, And not hide yourself from your own flesh?
To undo the heavy burdens,
To let the oppressed go free,
And that you break every yoke?

THY Will be done, in JESUS name. Amen.
