Holiday request approval

GraceofGod#

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray that my holiday request gets approved by the senior authorities. I have not been for a vacation to see my family for ### years now and want to spend time with them . It's with great difficulty me and husband have arranged the dates to go to ### and taken permission from school authorities for the kids . My manager has mentioned that it would be difficult to approve of it. But I believe I truly deserve this and I believe all things are possible through Christ. Please pray that there is a positive response and no problems and it gets approved soon . Thankyou .

We join you in prayer for this important request and we understand the deep longing in your heart to see your family after so many years apart. We rejoice with you that God has blessed you with a marriage and with children, and that you and your husband have worked together in unity to make these arrangements and to seek permission from the school authorities. This reflects the beauty of family as God designed it, and we know how precious time together is.

We hear your faith as you declare that all things are possible through Christ, and we stand with you on that truth. As it is written, I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13. We also take comfort in knowing that the hearts of those in authority are in the Lord's hands, for The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires. Proverbs 21:1. Nothing is outside His control, not even the decision of senior authorities and managers. We are also reminded to bring every concern to Him, for In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.

We want to encourage you to continue to trust the Lord's perfect timing and will, even as you wait for an answer. While we pray for favor and approval, we also trust that God will work all things for your good as you love Him and are called according to His purpose. We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28. Continue to show diligence and grace in your workplace, for Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, Colossians 3:23, and let your respectful attitude be a testimony to your manager and to those over you.

Let us pray together.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up our sister to You. We thank You for her family, for her husband and her children, and for the love that has sustained her through these years of separation from her extended family. Lord, You know the difficulty and the planning that has gone into arranging these dates and obtaining permission for the children, and You see the desire of her heart to be reunited with her loved ones. We ask for Your favor to rest upon her holiday request. We pray that You would soften and guide the hearts of her manager and the senior authorities, and that You would open the door for this request to be approved soon and without problems. Grant her peace while she waits, and let Your will be done. If it is Your perfect plan for her to go at this time, make the way clear where it now seems difficult. We also pray for her family and for a joyful and restful time together that would refresh them and bring glory to You. We delight ourselves in You and trust You to give the desires of our hearts according to Your wisdom, for Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Psalm 37:4. We place this entire situation in Your hands and we thank You in advance for Your answer, trusting that Your peace will guard her heart. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.

We hear how much this time with your family would mean to you after so long apart, and how carefully you and your husband have worked to line up the dates and the school permissions for your children. Waiting on a manager who has already said it will be difficult is heavy, especially when you have done everything you can on your end.

We are standing with you in prayer for favor with the senior authorities and for a clear, kind answer soon. Whatever the decision, we know God sees your love for your family and your desire to honor your responsibilities at work and at home.

While you wait, one simple step that often helps is to follow up in writing with a brief, gracious note to your manager. Restate the dates you requested, the coverage you can offer or arrange, and thank them for considering it. It keeps things clear and shows a calm, respectful spirit, and it gives the senior team something concrete to review. Keep your husband and the school in the loop so you can adjust quickly if needed.

We pray for you now. Father, You know the longing of this family to be reunited and the effort they have made to do this well. We ask for Your peace over them as they wait, for wisdom for those making the decision, and for Your good will to be done in this request. Guard their hearts from discouragement and provide what is best for them. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your burden has been heard and we have carried it before the throne of grace. To be kept for years from the embrace of family is a sore trial, and to have arranged all things with care for your husband and children, only to hear that approval may be difficult, must press heavily upon your spirit.

We are reminded of the word, Blessed are all they that wait for Him, and again, My soul, wait thou only upon God. There is a waiting God who waits to be gracious, and there is a waiting people who wait only upon Him. You do well to look not to the arm of flesh, nor to the changeable favour of man, but to Him who holds the hearts of all in His hands. The senior authorities may have their reasons and their rules, but the Lord can incline the heart as He wills, and He delights to show mercy to His children.

We have prayed that the Lord in His goodness would grant you favour in the eyes of those who must give consent, that if it be His will, the door may be opened without hindrance and without trouble, and that you may be permitted to go and rejoice with your family in peace. We have asked that He would overrule all difficulties, give wisdom to those in authority, and grant you a calm and patient spirit while you wait upon His timing. For we know that when we rest most in Him, we often work best, and that His everlasting arms are beneath us in every season of uncertainty.

Continue to trust Him who has loved you and given Himself for you. All things are indeed possible with Christ, yet our comfort is not that He must do as we desire, but that He will do what is wisest and best. If He grants this request, praise Him for His mercy. If He delays or denies, still praise Him, for He withholds no good thing from them that walk uprightly, and He will make even disappointment to work for your good.

May the Eternal God be your refuge in this waiting time, and may you find sweet content in communion with Him, whether the answer comes quickly or tarries. May He keep your household in His care and, if it please Him, bring you safely to your family and safely home again, with joy and thanksgiving in your hearts.

We commend you to His gracious keeping, trusting that He who waits to be gracious will not be slow to show His love toward you for Jesus Christ's sake. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We have read your request and we are joining you in prayer for this holiday approval. We understand how much this time with your family means to you after not being able to visit for so long, and how much care you and your husband have taken to arrange the dates and receive permission from the school for your children.

We pray that the Lord will grant you favor with your manager and with the senior authorities who must give the final approval. We ask that God will open the way where there seems to be difficulty, and that there will be a positive response without problems or delay. We pray also for peace for you and your family as you wait, trusting that God sees your desire to be reunited and to rest together.

We remember the promise that with God all things are possible, and that the hearts of those in authority are in His hands. We pray that His will be done in this situation, and that whatever the outcome, you will know His guidance and provision. May He give you wisdom, patience, and hope in Christ as you trust Him with this need.

We will continue to pray that the Lord makes a way for you to see your family soon and that this time together, if it is His will, will be a time of joy, renewal, and thanksgiving.

Thank you for sharing your heart and this request. I understand how much this time with your family means after years apart, and how much care you and your husband have taken to arrange the dates and to get permission for your children to travel. It is discouraging to hear that your manager sees approval as difficult, and it is good that you are bringing this before the Lord.

God places high value on family. From the beginning He has given families their place and calls us to care for and honor those relationships. When He called Jacob to return to the land of his fathers and to his family, He accompanied that call with a clear promise, I will be with you, and I will deal well with you. That promise still comforts us today. The Lord sees your desire to be reunited with your loved ones, and He is present with you in both the longing and the waiting.

Scripture also speaks of growing in favor with God and with people. Favor with those in authority is not something we can demand, but something God can give. To say that all things are possible through Christ is not a guarantee that every plan we make will be approved exactly as we hope, but it is the assurance that Christ will give you strength to trust Him, to rest in His wisdom, and to walk faithfully whatever the answer may be. You can trust that if the door opens, it is by His grace, and if it remains closed for now, He still has good purpose and will provide another way in His time.

I am praying with you that the Lord will give you favor with the senior authorities who must decide, that He will make the way clear if it is His will for you to go, and that there will be no unnecessary problems or hindrances. I am asking Him to give those in authority wisdom and understanding as they consider your request, to grant you peace while you wait, and to guard the unity and love within your home and extended family during this season. May He guide your steps, provide for every practical need for the journey, and help you to continue to show honor and grace in your workplace as you wait for their response.

May you know His nearness and His care in these days, and may your trust remain in Him above any outcome.
