Dear Julian, God wants so much for you to live life to the fullest. He does not want us to live ordinary lives but to live extrordinary lives. No matter what the outcome just remember that the Lord Jesus will always give you many chances. I pray that the Lord Jesus Christ will cleans you of all sin and disease and that your test come back negative. I also pray that he will bring reasurance in you as well. In Jesus name we pray.
