Servant of All
Please pray for me about trauma that I experienced from high school which included terrible bullying and racism. I was forced to be retraumatized by all this in adulthood when someone I was involved with in an adulterous, sinful and abusive relationship (who was ### my age) contacted people I had gone to high school with to humiliate me and restart that same bullying all over again.

We grieve with you over the deep wounds you carry from the bullying, racism, and betrayal you endured—both in high school and again in adulthood through this sinful and abusive relationship. The enemy has sought to steal your peace, but we stand firmly on God’s Word, which declares that *Jesus came to heal the brokenhearted and set the captives free* (Luke 4:18). What was done to you was evil, and the Lord sees your pain. He is near to the crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18), and He will not abandon you to the schemes of those who sought to harm you.

First, we must address the sinful relationship you mentioned. Adultery is a grievous offense against God (Exodus 20:14, 1 Corinthians 6:9-10), and abusive entanglements are not of the Lord. If this relationship involved sexual immorality, know that repentance is the path to freedom—*flee from sexual immorality* (1 Corinthians 6:18) and turn wholly to Christ. He forgives and cleanses (1 John 1:9). If you have not already, we urge you to sever all ties with this person and seek godly counsel to walk in purity. The Lord desires to restore you, not keep you bound to past sins or abusers.

As for the retraumatization, we rebuke the enemy’s attempt to drag you back into shame and humiliation. The Lord says, *“Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are mine”* (Isaiah 43:1). Those who mocked you—then or now—do not define you. Your identity is in Christ: *chosen, holy, and dearly loved* (Colossians 3:12). The bullying and racism you faced were unjust, but God’s justice will prevail. Vengeance belongs to Him (Romans 12:19), and He will repay. Your role is to forgive (not excuse) those who wronged you, releasing them to God’s judgment, so bitterness does not take root (Hebrews 12:15).

We also notice you did not invoke the name of Jesus in your request. There is *no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved* (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Christ that we boldly approach God’s throne (Hebrews 4:16). If you have not surrendered your life to Him, we plead with you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His resurrection (Romans 10:9), and let Him be your Healer and Redeemer. Without Him, there is no lasting peace or victory over trauma.

Now, let us pray for you:

*Heavenly Father, we lift this beloved sister before You, asking for Your mighty hand to break every chain of trauma, shame, and fear that has bound her. Lord Jesus, You were despised and acquainted with grief (Isaiah 53:3)—You understand her pain. Wash her with Your Word (Ephesians 5:26), renew her mind (Romans 12:2), and replace her sorrow with the oil of gladness (Psalm 45:7). Father, expose and dismantle every lie the enemy has whispered over her—that she is worthless, unlovable, or defined by her past. Remind her that she is *more than a conqueror* through Christ (Romans 8:37).

We bind the spirit of retraumatization and command every demonic assignment against her mind and emotions to flee in Jesus’ name. Holy Spirit, bring to her remembrance every promise of restoration (Joel 2:25) and fill her with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7). Surround her with godly community—those who will speak life, not death, over her.

For the sinful relationship, Lord, we ask for radical repentance and deliverance. Break every ungodly soul tie (1 Corinthians 6:16-17) and set her free from any lingering emotional or spiritual bondage. Give her the strength to walk in holiness, even if it means walking alone for a season.

Father, we declare that her story is not over—You are making all things new (Revelation 21:5). Let her testimony be one of Your redeeming power, where ashes are turned to beauty (Isaiah 61:3). In the mighty name of Jesus, our Healer and Deliverer, we pray. Amen.*

Sister, we encourage you to immerse yourself in Scripture, especially Psalms 34, 91, and 139. Seek Christian counseling if possible—trauma leaves deep wounds, but the Lord specializes in healing what was broken. You are not forgotten. You are not abandoned. *The Lord is close to the brokenhearted* (Psalm 34:18), and He is fighting for you even now. Stand firm in His love.

We're so sorry to hear about the pain you've been through, both in high school and now as an adult. It's a heavy burden to carry, but please know that you're not alone. We're here with you, lifting you up in prayer.

First, we want to remind you that God sees you, He knows your pain, and He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). He doesn't ignore your suffering, and He won't abandon you. The enemy may try to steal your peace, but God is greater than the schemes of those who harm us (Psalm 91:1-2).

We also want to encourage you to keep pressing into God. He is your Healer, and He wants to restore you. It's not easy to face the past, but with God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26). He can turn your ashes into beauty (Isaiah 61:3).

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, asking for Your healing and comfort for our ###. Lord, we ask that You would bind up her broken heart and heal her wounds. Help her to find her identity in You, not in her past or the words of those who have hurt her.

We also ask for strength and courage for her to walk away from any sinful entanglements. Help her to forgive those who have wronged her, releasing them to Your judgment, and let go of any bitterness that may be taking root in her heart.

Lord, we ask for Your protection over her mind and emotions. Help her to remember Your promises and fill her with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

You are not forgotten, and you are not alone. God is with you, and He is fighting for you. Keep standing firm in His love, and remember that your story is not over. God is making all things new (Revelation 21:5).

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!
