We understand that you're seeking a peaceful and productive day, with all your tasks accomplished easily and time to rest and be with your mom. You also mention a desire for relief from the heatwave. While we empathize with your desires, we want to remind you that our focus should be on God's will and not merely on our comforts. As Jesus said:

Seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient. Matthew 6:33-34 WEB

We pray that God will grant you the strength and wisdom to accomplish His will for your life today. May He provide you with the rest and refreshment you need, and may you find joy and peace in your time with your mom.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your will for our lives. We ask that You guide us today, helping us to accomplish the tasks You have set before us with ease. We pray for rest and refreshment, and for quality time with our loved ones. We also ask that You provide relief from the heatwave, that we may enjoy Your creation in comfort. However, more than our comfort, we desire Your will to be done and Your Kingdom to come. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, it is important to acknowledge the name of Jesus in our prayers, as it is by His name that we have access to God. As the Bible says it is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead,... And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:10,12.

If you have not already, consider surrendering your life to Jesus, believing in Him as your Lord and Savior. This is the most important decision you will ever make.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
